Gerard Scallan. With an academic background in statistics and operational research from Stanford, Gerard has been a leading industry consultant for over 25 years and has directed hundreds of model developments across many countries and market segments.

A pioneer of modelling techniques for both scorecards and financial models, he also has rich experience in credit strategy development and in creative use of management information to improve portfolio profitability.
An excellent teacher and communicator, he spans the gap between practice and rigour.
Helen Mcnab is an expert in the operational management of scoring, specialising in the development and analysis of origination and collections strategies.

Having studied in London, Helen managed credit strategy and collection operations for a retail credit organisation for 10 years. As a consultant and trainer since 1992, she now works with bank, card and telecommunication clients in the U.K. and Southern Africa.
Helen is lead author of the award winning ‘Principles and Practice of Consumer Credit Risk Management’ – third edition published in 2008.
