Helen is an expert in the operational management of scoring, specialising in the development and analysis of origination and collections strategies.
Following a degree from the University of London, Helen managed credit strategy and collection operations for a large retail credit organisation for 10 years. As a consultant and trainer, she now works with bank, card and telecommunication clients.
Helen is lead author of the award winning ‘Principles and Practice of Consumer Credit Risk Management’ – third edition published in 2008. At the time she was Chief Examiner for the professional examinations of the Institute of Financial Services.
Gerard and Helen have been working together since 1993. They form a unique team whose complementary skills and experiences provide clients with insights into the use of analysis, to improve business performance.
